How do I find the right size?
Finding the perfect fit is important. Please use our Size Guide to determine the right size for your Diamo Diamonds jewelry.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined diamonds.
They are created in controlled laboratory environments using advanced technology that recreates the conditions in which diamonds form in nature. The main difference is their origin: lab-grown diamonds are grown above ground rather than extracted from the earth.
At Diamo Diamonds, we choose lab-grown diamonds as a modern alternative to traditionally mined diamonds, without compromising on the brilliance and beauty associated with a diamond.
What is recycled gold?
Diamo Diamonds jewelry is crafted from recycled 14K gold.
Recycled gold comes from existing gold-containing materials that are collected, refined and processed so the precious metal can be used again.
Gold can be refined and recycled repeatedly without losing its fundamental properties. By using recycled gold, we reduce our reliance on newly mined gold while maintaining the quality and appearance expected from 14K gold jewelry.
What is the green stone inside my Diamo Diamonds jewelry?
The green stone is our signature lab-grown emerald.
A green emerald is subtly placed inside each Diamo Diamonds jewel as a distinctive signature of our brand.
It’s a small detail with a special meaning — a hidden signature that makes every Diamo piece unmistakably ours.
Will my Diamo Diamonds jewelry come with a certificate?
Yes. Diamo Diamonds jewelry purchased through our webshop is delivered with a Diamo Diamonds jewelry certificate.
We recommend keeping your certificate together with your jewelry and purchase information.
Your statutory consumer rights are not dependent on having the certificate.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to many international destinations.
We offer complimentary standard shipping within the Netherlands and to selected European destinations.
For other available international destinations, standard shipping is €29.95, with complimentary shipping on orders of €500 or more.
Available destinations and the applicable shipping rates are always shown during checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please allow some time for your tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
First, check the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email.
If the tracking information has not been updated for some time or your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@diamodiamonds.com with your order number.
Our Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you.
How can I place an order?
Simply choose your favorite Diamo Diamonds jewelry, add it to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout.
Enter your delivery details, select one of the available shipping and payment options and complete your purchase.
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been successfully placed.
If you experience any difficulties while placing your order, please contact info@diamodiamonds.com.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your destination and product availability.
Available delivery information will be shown where applicable during the ordering process.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, busy periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.
Please notify us within this period at info@diamodiamonds.com.
After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
You may inspect and handle the jewelry only as reasonably necessary, similar to what you would be able to do in a physical store. If the jewelry has been handled beyond what is necessary and this has resulted in a reduction in value, you may be responsible for that reduction in value.
Certain personalized or custom-made products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the applicable legal requirements are met.

How do I return my order?
Please contact our Customer Care Team at info@diamodiamonds.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.
The direct costs of returning your order are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Due to the value of Diamo Diamonds jewelry, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
How will I receive my refund?
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, we will process the applicable refund within 14 days.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If you return your entire order, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded where applicable.
What is your warranty policy?
Diamo Diamonds offers a 2-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing and material defects, calculated from the date of purchase.
This commercial warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit or replace those rights.
The commercial warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of care, accidents or external damage.
Damage caused by repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized third parties may also be excluded where those repairs or alterations caused or contributed to the defect.
If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing or material defect, please contact info@diamodiamonds.com with your order details and clear photos showing the issue.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@diamodiamonds.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once your order is being processed or has been shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal after receiving your order, where applicable.
